Your role

As a Training Department Intern at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, you will have the tasks below:

• Organize and monitor the procurement processes such as quotation requests and approval.
• Prepare documentation for financing and controlling activities such as invoices and billings.
• Update and coordinate document movement in and out.
• Planning and executing communication with dealers such as through e-mail, phone calls, and letters.
• Addressing the Training Department requirements such as stationeries, tools, and equipment needed for training usage
• and purposes.
• Assisting Training Department to analyze training participation, training result, and training feedback
• Confirm and generate a list of participants for Sales/Product Training using the MB Learning Platform.
• Handling and arranging for catering processes such as order scheduling and quoting budget.
• Supporting event management for Training Department.
• Other supporting activities required by Training Department.

Compensation & benefits

About you

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant field
• Proficiency in the English language
• Able to commit to a 6 months internship placement with the company
• The internship is a requirement by the University
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
