- Support in media monitoring, which includes daily news update, monthly report tracking and campaign reports
- Support in conceptualizing and executing for internal communication plans and CSR
- Drafting press materials including media invitations / press release, speeches, program
- Updating Corporate Communications and PR related plans, concept papers and correspondence, and report
- Assist in press event coordination
- To support and coordinate in all PR-related usages of company cars including but not limited to: - Securing fleet cars for media test drive - Pitch and secure media for test reviews
- Ensuring good condition of the car at all times
- Handing over the unit to media together with all necessary information and materials
Requirements
- Final year student with degree in Communications / Business Communication / Mass Communication
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) - especially in English and Bahasa
