Your role

As a Human Relations Intern at Mercedes-Benz, you will carry the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end intern recruitment process, including crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and pre-selecting applicants to ensure a high-caliber intern pool.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for interns.

  • Implement monthly personnel announcements.
