Your role

These tasks await you as an intern for Fleet Management of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia:

• To support vehicle registration process documentation
• To assist in monitoring vehicle movements, managing requests based on vehicle schedule
• To ensure the safekeeping and storing of fleet management documents, and providing the documents when necessary
• To support vehicle asserting and road tax/insurance renewals
• To prepare Purchase Orders on the requested service/jobs for fleet vehicles
• To support the Fleet Management team in the daily operations, administrative, or other ad-hoc tasks.

About you

Requirements: 

• Minimum undergoing a degree program in Malaysian tertiary education establishment
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship in the company.
• Structured, meticulous, results-driven, and adaptable.
• Good communicator and team player
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Fast learner to grasp new systems & processes is highly preferred.
• Valid Malaysian Drivers License.
