Your role

In this role, you will do the tasks below:

• Assist the Product Development team in following up with the working committee on the progress of the upcoming product preparation. 
• Assist the Customer Retention team in the preparation of monthly customer retention reports.
• Generate report in Report Manager on a daily basis and ensure that all information is accurate prior to sending it out to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
• Send the maturing contracts leads to the dealer on a monthly basis and collect feedback from dealers in a timely manner. 
• Send contract details/report to Datapos in monthly basis for issuance of retention letter. 
• Assist in Planning & Developing Customer Retention Strategy.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the qualifications below:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any other related field.
• Mandatory internship with supporting letter from University.
• Minimum requirement - Able to do 6 months internship and start on 1 July 2024 until 31 December 2024
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills a plus) 
• Highly motivated and energetic person
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate at all levels in a corporate environment.
• Attention to detail and good prioritizing skills.
