Your role

As a CRM & Product Development Intern at Mercedes-Benz, you will carry the following responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Development team to follow up with working committee on the progress of the upcoming product preparation.
• Assist Customer Retention team in preparation of monthly customer retention report.
• Generate report in Report Manager on daily basis and ensure that all information are accurate prior sending out to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
• Send the maturing contract leads to dealer on monthly basis and collect feedback from dealer in timely manner.
• Send contract details/report to Datapos in monthly basis for issuance of retention letter.
• Assist in Planning & Developing Customer Retention Strategy.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks.
