Your role

As a Credit Operations & Operations Intern at Mercedes-Benz, you will carry the following responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks such as handling mails, documentation, reporting, and communication with vendors on system issues.
• Assist with daily activities related to the execution of early termination, receipting, refunds, and month-end activation.
• Supporting the department on documentation towards processes and guideline in accordance with the Company’s policy and procedures.
• Participate in projects for process and system improvement.
• To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks.
