Your role

As an intern, your tasks include:

• Meeting Organization:
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering necessary documents, arranging logistics, and ensuring all attendees are informed and prepared.
• Research and Presentation:
  • Utilize excellent research and analytical skills to prepare management presentations.
  • Create presentations that clearly communicate key information and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Employee-Related Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee-related events, such as team-building activities, training workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Help in coordinating event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and coordinating event materials.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Communication Management:
  • Draft, review, and send various types of communications on behalf of the department. 
• Ad Hoc Task Support:
  • Assist the department with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

About you

Qualifications:

• Minimum degree holder in Business Administration or Management
• Proficiency in English language and computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
