Your role

As an APAC Operations intern your responsibilities include:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.

• Support Malaysia Parts Operations in:

  • Supplier invoice verifications
  • Liaise with the Finance department on all invoice and credit note issuances
  • Manage department Purchase Requisition
  • Ad hoc services invoicing to customers
