Junior Engineer null

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
2. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
4. Conduct regular inspections/monitoring to ensure project activities meet quality standards.
5. Identify and report any deviations from project specifications.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports, drawings, and other project-related documentation.
8. Organize and file project records for future reference.
9. Monitor and enforce safety protocols at the project site.
10. Assist in the management of construction resources, materials, and equipment.
11. Liaise or interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
12. Identify and address on-site issues promptly.
13. Collaborate with the project team to find effective solutions to challenges.
14. Report project status, challenges, and resolutions to senior engineers and project managers.

Min. Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
3. Basic knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Min. CGPA 3.50 and above will be our priority.
