Your role

Description:

  • This 6-month program offers you a foundation of tasks or ‘Station Skills’ before moving forward as a Management Trainee with these 3 tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
  • Your first tier is as Crew where your station skills emphasize production and services such as food and drink production in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Acquiring the skills as a Crew, you will proceed to the second tier as a Crew Trainer. Here you will be introduced in more detail to company policies, engage more with customers, and be on the frontline.
  • The third tier of your 6 months program is as a Crew Leader. The leadership role in this stage will be further highlighted as you will manage zone productions and coach Crews.

Training & development

In this 6-month program, you’ll start as a Crew member, focusing on station skills related to production, cleanliness, and customer service. As you progress, you’ll become a Crew Trainer, learning about company policies and engaging with customers. Finally, in the third tier, you’ll step into the role of a Crew Leader, managing zone productions and coaching other Crew members.

About you

To be eligible for this role, you need to have the things below:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related fields of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to relocate/is transferable.
