Your Role

Join Maxis as a Young Talent Intern and support their team in managing campus engagement initiatives and young talent programmes. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing various programs aimed at attracting and developing young talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campus Engagements: Assist in organizing and executing campus engagement activities to promote Maxis' student and graduate programmes.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of events, workshops, and career fairs at various educational institutions.
• Maxis Graduate Programme: Assist with the planning and execution of the Maxis Graduate Programme from application campaigns to candidate assessment and onboarding programmes.
• Young Talent Engagements: Assist with engaging interns, scholars, and graduate programme associates through various initiatives.
• Communications: Develop and distribute engaging communication materials, such as newsletters and social media content, to connect with potential interns and graduates.
• Data Management: Maintain and update databases of student and graduate contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of internship and graduate programmes, including onboarding, training, and evaluation processes.
• Reporting: Generate reports on engagement activities, programme participation, and feedback to help improve future initiatives.

About You

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging with young talent.
