Role overview:

Join our team as a Travel Operations Intern and support the seamless management of travel-related processes. This role offers hands-on experience in travel operations, vendor management, and financial coordination.

Key responsibilities:

  • Travel Operations Support: Ensure Purchase Requisitions (PR) are accurately flipped to Service Orders (SO)/Letters of Undertaking (LOU) and submitted to Travel Management Companies (TMCs)/Panel Hotels promptly. These documents will serve as the basis for invoice verification and payment. ​
  • Invoice Monitoring: Monitor vendor invoicing and ensure accurate submission in Esker. Coordinate with relevant parties to rectify any invoice discrepancies.
  • Payment Processing Support: Assist in managing aging Open Service Orders (SOs) and support the submission of vendor invoices through Esker.
  • Travel Reporting: Accurately input data to track vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for travel reporting.
  • Other Assigned Tasks: Participate in annual key programs, including panel hotel benchmarking, evaluation, and rates negotiation.
