Your Role

Join Maxis as a Special Projects Intern and support their team in various critical projects that drive their enterprise's transformation. This internship offers hands-on experience in the development of an operations dashboard, management of transformation initiatives, and the review of sales commission targets and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Dashboard Development: Assist in the creation and development of an operations dashboard to streamline and enhance our operational processes.
• Transformation Initiative Management: Manage one of the enterprise's key transformation initiatives, ensuring timely progress and successful implementation.
• Sales Commission Review: Review sales commission targets and disputes, providing analysis and recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.

About You

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
