Your role

As a Learning & Development Intern at Maxis, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• To drive engagement and consumption of deep skill programs & platforms
• To execute org-wide gamification & utilization of the MDC platform
• To work on new process automation based on the identified business case
• To operationally execute planned certification programs
• Reporting and tracking of planned programs, training & certification
• Work on an in-house hackathon and develop process automation

Training, development & rotations
