Roles and responsibilities

Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Work with key stakeholders to complete project charter outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
• Work closely with department leads to provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed, by which discipline, and by which resource
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to all stakeholders
• Ensure all project documents are correctly developed, debriefed, shared, and filed/ archived for all projects
• Participate in scoping and project planning for new business opportunities
• Work on Webstore/Website end-to-end implementations

Preferred and desirable skills

• Preferably candidates with Technical Project Execution/Implementation
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage).
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
