Role overview:

Join Maxis as a Digital Platforms Intern and support the management of our Maxis Enterprise digital platforms, which include the website, self-care portal, eCommerce store, and Gen AI chatbot efforts. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content updates, SEO implementation, competitor research, chatbot testing, and platform analytics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Website Content Updates: Coordinate website content updates and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • SEO Implementation: Support SEO efforts by coordinating content enhancement with product stakeholders and agencies to improve search visibility.
  • Competitor Research & User Guide Compilation: Assist in competitor research analysis and contribute to the compilation of user guides for the platform.
  • Gen AI Chatbot Testing: Test GenAI chatbot features, document results, and report on feature capabilities and enhancements.
  • Platform Analytics & Reporting: Ensure proper implementation of platform analytics and generate performance reports to track key metrics.

Educational background:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Analytical skills:

  • Attention to detail in content updates, SEO implementation, and data reporting.
