As a  Digital Experience Intern your role and task would include :

  • Compile surveys from platforms & prep data for analysis
  • Categorize & analyze survey feedback
  • Prepare reports with survey insights & recommendations (supported with visuals/charts)
  • Develop & improve survey analysis function/tool
  • Participate in survey set-up, testing, and liaising with the vendor for resolution

Compensation for Digital Marketing Interns ranges from 14000 MYR – 15000MYR per year with other benefits:

About you

The candidates need to have the following requirements for this job :

  • Able to read and write both in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Intermediate proficiency using MS Excel functions including formulas, pivot, and macros
  • Familiar with presentation and reporting using MS Powerpoint
  • Preferred degree in Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science
  • Fast learner, friendly and approachable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
