Role overview:
Join Maxis as a Change Management Intern and support our team in managing various key processes and projects that drive change within the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in the work permit process, Bring Into Services (BIS) audit, Network Change Control Board (NCCB) Secretariat admin tasks, digital projects, and team engagement activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Work Permit Process & Approval: Assist in managing the work permit process, including obtaining necessary approvals.
- Bring Into Services (BIS) Audit for Non-Enterprise: Participate in conducting BIS audits for non-enterprise areas, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Network Change Control Board (NCCB) Secretariat Admin: Support the NCCB Secretariat with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Digital Project: Contribute to the execution of digital projects, from planning to implementation.
- Team Engagement Activity: Assist in organizing and coordinating team engagement activities to foster collaboration and team spirit.
Desired skills/qualifications:
- Information technology skills, including workflow process development and user requirement development.
- Telecommunication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well in a team.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
