Your role

As a Chief Retail Officer at L'Oréal Malaysia you will do:

To Develop & implement the retail roadmap, organization, processes and tools to operate successfully our retail business in Luxury Division

• Partner with the Retail & Commercial Director to define and implement the Country’s Retail strategy, assessing the opportunities and the risks involved
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Commercial teams to support business objectives
• Manage and leverage real estate, property management, and opening processes and cost efficiencies to optimize the investment in Retail
• Implement retail standards and practices, tools, systems, and controls (in partnership with key functions) to optimize store performance, drive efficiency, and control risk
• Build and foster relationships with key Shopping Malls in Malaysia and Singapore to seek business opportunities and leasing all retail stores for Luxury Division's Brands
