Requirements:

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new concepts and innovative ideas
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media tools: Mid to heavy users of FB, IG, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks in the brand and marketing space
• Decent communication and writing skills: Ability to articulate points effectively.
• Attention to detail – able to manage multiple tasks with good time management
• Awareness of trends and news: Knowledgeable about current events.
• Familiarity with basic design skills: Ability to use Canva.

Job scope:

External communications

• Provide support in developing external communications materials for various platforms – KEC, Mailchimp, Exact Target, social media, website, etc.
• This includes collaborating with different internal stakeholders to draft/edit/review communication materials, design posters, festive greetings, social media captions, etc.

Marketing collaterals

• Editing/Proofread - Proofread and updating/revising minor changes to marketing collaterals such as brochures, buntings, posters, flyers, etc (as and when necessary).
• Coordination - Support the coordination of marketing collaterals production which includes liaising with vendors, tracking artwork progress/updates, logistics, etc.
• Design support – Assist in creating simple/basic marketing collaterals i.e. brochures, posters, etc. (if required).
