Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Insurance, or other relevant fields.
- Computer literacy with MS Office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job scope:
- Assist in benefits administration
- Assist in personnel administration matters (day 1 onboarding, confirmation, transfer, etc) as and when required.
- Update Organizational Structure
- Personal File Audit & HR Documents Filing
