Overview
Lenovo is seeking a motivated Technical Support Center Trainee to assist in various stages of the technical support center workflow. This role will offer hands-on experience in technical support administration, strategic initiatives, and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support Administration: Manage end-to-end case handling, including strategizing and closing loop actions or delegating to relevant departments. Monitor actions closely to ensure efficiency.
- Team Support: Assist in improving staffing retention and supporting AI campaign programs by collaborating with different teams.
- Market Analysis: Gain exposure to regional and market-specific needs by analyzing data and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to understand market behavior.
Graduate requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with an IT background.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
