Job description
- Oversee and ensure daily administrative processes run smoothly.
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings & demo unit loans.
- Manage communication channels, including phone calls and emails related to performance & programs.
- Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel.
- Maintain filing systems, including data entry, consolidation, updating, and ensuring proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
- Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks, such as program letters, program attainment updates, sales updates, etc.
- Assist with POE preparation and track the consolidation progress.
- Process invoices and manage administrative tasks.
Duties and responsibilities
- Learn and apply sales techniques.
- Maintain sales records.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data analytics.
Graduate requirements
- Majors in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
