Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to avoid overlaps, and log sickness and annual leave in collaboration with Operations teams.
• Actively manage proactive chat messaging to ensure it is always updated and does not conflict with existing events.
• Proactively raise and manage IT tickets to address technical concerns.
• Add all EDU email addresses to the Lenovo database using the Domain Collecting System, as per ISR requirements.
• Serve as a backup for Inside Sales Representatives, handling chat and inbound responsibilities as needed.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Trainee requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on supporting sales activities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
