About Lendlease

Lendlease will be transitioning our Global People and Culture Shared Service team to Kuala Lumpur later this year and Lendlease are currently looking for passionate HR professionals to join busy People Operations team.

Your Role

• Use Workday HRIS to support our Australia, Asia, America and Europe regions for different aspects of the employment lifecycle, particularly from generating offer letters through to separations 
• Establish super user expertise within the People Operations team for workflow and document management technologies
• Management of background checks with external system providers to completion and ad hoc troubleshooting where required
• Coach managers and employees on Workday processes as well as identify and recommend continuous business process improvement.
• Your ability to manage multiple priorities whilst conducting yourself professionally will be key to your success.

About You

• Have a minimum tertiary education
• Have strong communication skills allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes
• Be customer focused with strong problem solving and organizational skills, complemented by excellent attention to detail
• Thrive in a team-based environment but also be confident to work autonomously with the ability to work to strict deadlines
• Previous corporate administrative or organizational experience would be beneficial
