Your role

As a Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Performing various administrative tasks to ensure the seamless functioning and coordination of the marketing team. 
• Assisting in the development of campaign creative proposals, focusing on marketing visuals, layout, themes, and art arrangements. 
• Providing support and follow-up with suppliers and tenants on matters related to marketing campaigns. 
• Assisting the marketing team in the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral. 
• Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals for various marketing channels. 
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including coordinating logistics and providing on-site assistance. 
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating innovative design elements into marketing materials.

About you

To apply for this position, you have to meet the following requirements:

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply. A minimum of 1-3 year (s) of working experience in malls or retail is preferred but experience in other industries will be considered as well. 
• Design skills (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop) will be an added advantage. 
• Strong creativity and conceptualizing skills. 
• Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, and a good team player. 
• Willing to put in extra hours and/or work on weekends when required.
