Lendlease is looking for aspiring individuals to join Lendlease's TRX Residential team!

TRX Residences comprises six residential towers that sit within The Exchange TRX, the social heart of the city defining Tun Razak Exchange, Malaysia’s first international financial district and Kuala Lumpur’s new Central Business District. About the role

As a Development Executive that will join Lendlease's wonderful TRX Residential team, your duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Provide operational support to the team.
• Assist with the collation and verification of research and analysis, which may include feasibility studies, financial, regulatory, and legal data, products, and services.
• Prepare, maintain, and update databases,  and provide accurate and timely data to inform decision-making, including analysis and initial recommendations.
• Assist with the preparation of documentation, which may include reports, materials, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Preparing regular proposals and presentations related to the project, to the broader residential team.
• Assist with the procurement process and ensure all the expenses are within the allocated budget.
• Track updates or changes to design plans and ensure proper records.
• Keep abreast with the pulse of the Property industry in Malaysia and relevant markets, in relation to development such as technology and innovation, materials and design, landscaping, etc
• Support the development team to deliver current and future projects and fully involved in operational / building management issues and project handover.

About you

To be successful in this role, you must have :

• Tertiary qualifications in real estate management, business studies, business finance, or related.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest to build a career in real estate development are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in project support or related roles.
• Proactive in nature with strong problem-solving skills.  
• Meticulous, resourceful, and independent.
• Proficient in English communication skills.
• The ability to read, write and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
