Your role

This role will be placed at Setia City Mall. It is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. 327 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment, and park life in the area.

Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and promptly.  Your role includes but is not limited to:

• Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
• Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness
• Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hours.
• Taxi queue monitoring to ensure compliance to the mall rules and regulations.
• Attending to emergencies and responding according to the center's Standard Operating Procedure
• Concierge desk administration duties
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall
• Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms, etc.
