You will play an important role in supporting the growth of Lazada’s sellers / leads assigned to your care. As a business consultant, you will serve as a professional advisor to Lazada’s online business owners/sellers to assist them to achieve their business goals by:
Providing business performance updates to sellers
Analysing and recommending Lazada solutions (tools, programs & campaigns) to sellers
Address sellers’ concerns regarding operations, finance, logistics, and campaigns
Objectives:
Conversion from the non-selling seller to selling seller and high-performing seller
Boost sellers’ revenues
Provide sellers with good selling experience with Lazada
Ensure conversion of leads that are prioritized internally by educating them on Lazada’s platform and seller benefits
Familiarise with tools and services offered by Lazada to sellers, with the focus of communicating and encouraging sellers to adopt relevant tools and services to improve their performance
Analyse sellers’ business performance to support sellers with insights on tools adoption, and relevant practices to improve business performance on Lazada. This includes understanding trends on seller’s performance, practices on Lazada, and advising sellers accordingly on the best steps to gain an advantage to achieve better performance
Build relationships and seller pipeline based on the lead base provided with the goal of onboarding them as a Lazada seller
Ensure daily & monthly targets are met
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a positive seller experience
Familiarise with e-commerce knowledge and market trends to devise business strategies
Job Requirements:
Sales and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions
Able to use data analytical skills to advise seller on business plan and adopt Lazada business solutions
Able to handle key brands and key accounts with local, regional, and management level stakeholders
Able to provide necessary information to the team to ensure that packages offered are competitive and relevant for present market conditions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel: Filter, Pivot & Vlookup)
Experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred
Familiar with market trends and able to advise clients on sales strategy to tackle seller pain points
