The company is looking for a proactive and dedicated intern to join our Seller Education team at Lazada Malaysia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating educational content and supporting their seller community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of educational materials for Lazada sellers, including guides, tutorials, and webinars.
• Collaborate with the team to identify key areas where sellers need support and create relevant training programs.
• Help coordinate and manage educational events and workshops for sellers.
• Monitor and analyze feedback from sellers to continuously improve educational content and delivery methods.
• Support the creation and maintenance of online learning platforms and resources.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Seller Education team.

About you

To apply for this role you must meet the requirements below:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passionate about e-commerce and education.
