Position Summary:
You will play an important role in supporting the growth of Lazada by acquiring targeted brands to be onboard as a LazMall seller. In this role, you will serve as the front face of the company with a dedication to creating and applying an effective engagement and conversion strategy to prospective brands’ stakeholders.
Description:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for engagement and conversion of targeted brands.
- Conduct research on prospective brands, evaluate potential requirements and propose an angle of engagement.
- Drive engagements and build strategic relationships with the goal of onboarding them as a Lazada seller.
- Familiarise with tools and services offered by Lazada, with the focus on communicating and encouraging adoption.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies.
- Ensure weekly & monthly targets are met within the timeline given.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure positive projections of the company’s image.
Job Requirements:
- Sales and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions
- Able to handle key brands and key accounts with local, regional, and management level stakeholders
- Able to provide necessary information to the team to ensure that packages offered are competitive and relations for present market conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong business connections in the fashion/beauty industry are preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred
- Famtrends with market trend and able to advise clients strategy in order to tackle seller pain points
- Language proficiency: English, Malay
