Job title: Affiliate Marketing - Key Account (Settlement)

Job overview:

Lazada Malaysia is looking for a meticulous and collaborative Settlement Intern to join the vibrant Lazada Affiliate Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play an instrumental role in auditing partner information, addressing settlement inquiries, assisting the Settlement Lead to ensure prompt and accurate payments, and fostering a cohesive work environment. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Information Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of affiliates' profiles to verify data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates' inquiries related to settlements, providing prompt and accurate responses to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Timely Payments Management: Assist the Settlement Lead to monitor and managing the settlement process to guarantee that all affiliate payments are processed accurately and within agreed timelines, minimizing payment delays and discrepancies.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, Technical, and Legal to streamline settlement workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
