Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Engaging and building relationships with sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional, and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals.
• Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures for management, and active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Developing an understanding of category dynamics in the online market, spotting trends and supporting category managers to develop category strategies to grow the segment on Lazada.
• Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets be at the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with internal and external parties to carry out daily tasks and projects smoothly to deliver results.
