Your role

This role is within the Commercial Department of Lazada Malaysia.

The work you will do is as below:

Reporting to the Head of Mega Campaign, you will need to:

  • Understand user & business needs by identifying business opportunities and defining campaign strategy based on the company’s priorities
  • Plan and execute campaigns for Lazada Malaysia, manage all onsite & campaign assets as well as responsible for campaign outcome

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate, analyze, and present performance metrics and campaigns KPIs and identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Craft out solid year-round mega campaign planning by identifying market trends, and opportunities and clearly defining processes of success metrics
  • Facilitate campaigns by ensuring all campaigns & their assets are presented to the highest standards, with the priorities of the customer top of mind.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to manage, execute and oversee campaign & onsite traffic performance
  • Deliver ad-hoc requests related to campaign performance to serve the business’s needs
