Your role

Team and role introduction

You will be part of the Grocery campaigns team for Singapore, supporting the RedMart supermarket channel. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a high standard of execution for RedMart campaigns and will work with stakeholders across teams like Category Management, User Growth, and Design. You will help to ensure a strong user experience for our customers, by ensuring that onsite assets and content are consistent, accurate, and always on-time.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of selected RedMart onsite touchpoints across both desktop and app platforms
  • Track and monitor the performance of onsite touchpoints to ensure high efficiency
  • Support Team Lead to design and document guidelines to govern usage of onsite assets, and ensure compliance
  • Campaigns support for platform Mega and weekly campaigns: ensure that campaign materials, including landing pages, banners are consistent with the objectives, guidelines
  • Proactively take corrective actions to troubleshoot issues that are potential blockers to the operations of the campaigns
  • Work closely with our support team to coordinate efforts and ensure work is completed on time and in full

About you

  • Interest in e-commerce and retail. Passion for F&B or Groceries is a plus.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in either trade marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or e-commerce. Fresh graduates with good internship experience are welcome.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Very strong attention to detail – you have high standards and strive for perfection
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude – you will need to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Good communicator– you need to be able to work remotely with different teams and personalities
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
