Your role

As an Analyst, Account Management (FMCG) - Overseas Market at Lazada Malaysia, you will do the work below:

  • Support execution of category strategy, promotions, and planning.
  • Account Management: Build and manage relationships with Marketplace sellers to negotiate promotions, marketing spend, etc and ultimately help them grow their business.
  • Business Development: Ensure Lazada has the assortment and best prices in the market by leveraging on competitive intelligence.
  • Campaigns & Loyalty Program: Plan and execute campaigns according to category strategy, working with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Campaign, Traffic, Logistics, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams to deliver strategic projects allowing Lazada to offer the best customer experience.

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or any relevant degree.
  • 1-2 years of working experience / mid-career transition candidates are also encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with relevant internship training/experience are highly beneficial.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication & negotiation skills, and drive.
  • Ability and desire to contribute to wider team performance and culture.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
