Responsibilities:
The Learning & Development Intern reports to the L&D Associate, Manager and Director, and key roles include:
Provide administrative support to the initiatives in the Automation projects within L&D
Actively involved in various department projects.
List the primary job responsibilities:
Consistently delivers high-quality work to fulfill internal client needs
Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet objectives and deadlines
Builds positive and collaborative working relationships to drive collaboration and inclusion.
Develop dashboards for streamlining job quality using Power BI
Creates, modifies, and troubleshoots course-related flows for the L&D department using Microsoft Power Automate
Assists in implementing automation initiatives across the L&D department to streamline work processes.
Be involved in People projects initiated by the People, Performance, and Culture team from time to time.
Day-to-day responsibilities and tasks within the department as the Learning & Development Intern.

About you
Requirements for this internship:
Availability of 6 months and above.
Final year Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics), with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper
Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power BI application
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Good command of English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a pleasant personality.
Able to work independently.
Passionate about developing people.
Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong coordination skills with an eye for detail, thoroughness, and timeliness
