Job responsibilities

  • Assist in daily management of Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, recording and updating bank/merchant data
  • Administrative support, assisting in bank and merchant application forms
  • Update Board Resolution copy in SAP
  • Assist in Bank Guarantee application and renewal of Bank Guarantee
  • Assist in daily cash pooling interest posting in EBS and system
  • Arrange bank form signatures via email and follow up on the status
  • May be required to take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about the Treasury and SAP system
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reports to Senior Treasurer APAC
