Job Descriptions: -

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns.
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently to meet customers’ expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Handling Company CRM Systems.
• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
• Professional communication both written and verbal.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Required skill: Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving techniques.
• Must be willing to work during weekends & public holidays.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
