Your role

Training & development

You’ll be able to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment across the bank’s various functions. These teams may include Corporate and investment Banking, Trade Support, Middle Office, Banking Operations, and more. 

On-the-job experience

Working on a collaborative team, you will learn how J.P. Morgan businesses operate. You will be contributing to high-priority initiatives and delivering solutions to make a real impact. You will be exposed to both revenue and non-revenue-generating divisions from front, middle to back office roles throughout the program.

Training

The rotational program offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical, and leadership skills. During the internship, you will be placed into a team across our front, middle, or back office, receive hands-on training, and gain insights into how company businesses come together.

About you

  • A desire to participate in a rotational program across all lines of business

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills 
  • Enthusiasm for financial services or the financial industry with an open mind to learn all functions in a financial institution, with no particular preference
  • Relevant experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
  • We’re a global company whose primary business language is English so fluency in English is required
  • The role focuses on client engagement and business development for the Philippines clientele. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is essential and preferred for this role
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with a solid academic background and expected graduation between December 2024 and July 2025
