Your role

Asia Analyst Development Program Full-Time Analyst is a two-year rotational program that offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical, and leadership skills. You’ll gain insight into how JPMorgan's businesses come together to serve our clients around the world. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. You will also obtain a holistic view of the firm and experience the breadth and variety of experiences across different functions of the bank.

Training, development & rotation

This two-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical, and leadership skills. You'll start with hands-on training, and then participate in three eight-month business-aligned rotations across both revenue and non-revenue-generating divisions from front, middle to back office roles.

  • Relevant experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background, with an expected graduation date between December 2023 and July 2024
  • Available to start full-time employment from July 2024 onwards
  • Role focuses on client engagement and business development for Malaysian clientele. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is essential and preferred for this role
  • Relocation assistance will not be provided for the Asia Analyst Development Program
