Working on three teams in two years, you will be building an extensive network and adding value to the business functions and live projects. You will learn about its business operations and management through your rotations in areas such as Controls, Compliance, Investment Banking, Markets, and Operations. These teams span lines of business and functions, giving you an overview of how its businesses collaborate while helping you develop the skills to take your career in many different directions.
You’ll start with two weeks of training that provides an overview of the firm, its businesses, and the industry. Also, it offers networking opportunities for you to begin meeting colleagues across the globe and opportunities to hear from senior leaders. You'll have access to its dedicated global program management team that coaches and supports analysts throughout the two-year program.

This two-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical, and leadership skills. You'll start with hands-on training and then participate in three eight-month business-aligned rotations across both revenue and non-revenue-generating divisions from the front, middle to back office roles. Upon completing the program, the team will work with you to identify your next role.
