As a trainee of this program, you will be responsible for the following roles:
The Sales Associate Program (SAP) at J&J is a structured program to acquire and build talent into the sales pipeline. It provides the opportunity and equip fresh graduates with the basic skills and technical knowledge to venture into the medical device sales career.
This program would be for 12 months where 6 months for Sales Training and 6 months for Marketing Training. This program would be placed under the Global Orthopedic Group, DePuySynthes, Johnson & Johnson SEA MedTech
