Your role:

• Create tangible business value through real capabilities that bring together intelligent platforms & human ingenuity, working on large-scale business and IT transformation programs using the latest technologies in cloud, security, data, AI, digital, Industry X, enterprise platforms, and intelligent automation.
   
• Implement effective digital solutions by understanding and translating business needs into technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value.
   
• Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, and the customer digital journey, ensuring functional/application designs, technology, and business solutions represent business requirements.
   
• Radical transformation of business operations and open new possibilities through the use of data and digitally-enabled solutions and advanced technology applications.
   
• Create new opportunities, build new business models, and improve efficiencies for business, operations, and services through the effective use of data, analytics, and technology.
   
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
   
• Create detailed business process mapping and clear cost-benefit analysis for each business opportunity and proposed solutions.
   
• Utilize effective elicitation techniques to digitize, improve, and transform business operations.
   
• Determine which rRDM approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholders as well as business and stakeholders of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping, and other road SDLC requirement artifacts including the use of the baseline framework to map to business process flows.
   
• Business Process Improvement and Change Management
   
• Conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-sub-processes and create future state process maps.
   
• Identify metrics, and build & track dashboards to measure process improvement.
   
• Drive change management (including training) of users to new systems, processes, and technologies as part of business process improvement.
   
• IT Systems Development and Delivery.
   
• Writes, manages, and clarifies user stories and may develop use cases for complex requirements.
   
• Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems FAQ in the local language.
   
• Documents user acceptance testing or may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements is satisfied.

Salary & benefits:

The estimated total average pay for a Business Analyst at Johnson & Johnson is MYR 57,600 per year. The pay scale can range from yearly MYR 55,000-MYR 60,000.

About you:

• Graduates with Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering field/Professionals with ups to 3 years experience at most.
• A track record of technology-enabled transformations (e.g. through projects, thesis)
• Entrepreneurial drive and problem-solving capabilities.
• Loves working with technology, and quickly learns technology with hands-on work, if needed, to improve business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others to take action by dissecting complex technical concepts into digestible ideas appropriate for the audience. 
• Exhibits a passion for IT, technology, and innovation, continually takes initiative to update and improve one’s skillsets to stay relevant as IT evolves.
• Must be willing to travel to other countries, collaborate with people from different cultures, and work with teams from different time zones.
