Your role
The Service Operations intern will be responsible for supporting the review and analyze of chiller performance data with Smart Connected chillers (SCC). The Intern will focus on the digitalization of FLSP (Frontline Service Professionals) activities. By leveraging predictive tools and analysis, the intern will aim to improve efficiency and productivity.
As an intern, your responsibilities include:
Learn about the specific FLSP activities and processes that need to be digitalized.
Perform daily chiller dashboard reviews of chiller performance data at CEP (Connected Equipment Portal) for service and maintenance
Perform equipment service, maintenance, and configuration (e.g onboarding, data flow validation, alarm notification setting, reports scheduling setting) via the Connected Equipment Portal (CEP)
Provide support to Identify and recommend service and repair work for the chiller via the Field Advisor Service Tool (FAST)
Analyze existing FLSP processes, identify areas for digitalization, and collaborate with teams to implement the suggested initiatives.

Pursuing a diploma in either Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
