Your role

Your internship experience could be in any of the following disciplines:

• Facilities Management
• Workplace Experience
• Engineering Operations
• Assist with performing daily/weekly facility inspections.
• Assist with the team in identifying work requests from the job request system and execute with the approval of the client or the authorized person assigned by the client.
• Work closely with the team to perform the planned maintenance following the Plan on and 52-week planner. (Assist in supervision for the planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during carry job, escalation if needed).
• Ensure all vendor workers are monitored and accompanied during the duration of their work.
• Ensure all safety aspects of the works are monitored.
• Assist the team in doing paperwork and documentation.
• Involved in paperwork, reports, or compilation for ad-hoc projects, monthly/quarterly highlights, communication posting, or any other required work to help the FM team.
• Overall assists Facilities Manager wherever required.

Training & development

This internship will allow you to work closely under the mentorship of an experienced facilities management professional. You will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

You will also be engaged in structured learning activities that will help you explore how you can develop into a corporate real estate professional. You will have the opportunity to hear from senior stakeholders on their journeys, as well as benefit from the available group
coaching and self-paced learning modules.

About you

If you're interested in this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Facilities Management / Building Maintenance/ Mechanical related courses (preferable on last year/last semester) or recently graduated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
