Capital Markets Internship null

Your role

This internship will give you a flavor of what it takes to work within their Capital Markets business line. Working under the guidance of their experienced real estate brokerage professionals, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to your area of expertise.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support the team in preparing market updates and marketing materials for prospects
• Assist with the marketing of land and commercial spaces to prospects
• Support the viewing process by arranging inspection schedules
• Increase business development activities by canvassing for new leads
• Doing due diligence on lands

About you

• Self-motivated, responsible, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Training & development

This internship will allow you to work closely under the mentorship of an experienced facilities management professional. You will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

You will also be engaged in structured learning activities that will help you explore how you can develop into a corporate real estate professional. You will have the opportunity to hear from senior stakeholders on their journeys, as well as benefit from the available group coaching and self-paced learning modules.
