Intel Flex is an Embedded Consulting Unit that operates across various business units, functional groups, and product teams to deliver high-impact results to Intel through software engineering services, solution development, organization transformation, project/program management, and outsourcing management. Its mission is to expedite progress on the aspects that are most significant to Intel.
The software engineering team at Intel Flex is involved in software development across multiple software stack layers. These include firmware, drivers, operating systems, middleware, frameworks, algorithms, and applications/UI for Intel’s product/platform or a specific market segment. This offers candidates a diverse range of projects that span various product groups. Such exposure allows candidates to establish meaningful connections with professionals throughout the organization while gaining invaluable experience.
This position is suitable for individuals who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant areas mentioned below and have not yet graduated. The Intel Flex management team collaborates with candidates to prioritize tasks that align with their competencies and interests. This provides opportunities to explore, learn, and gain real-world experience in engineering at a world-class company.

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel applies flexible working hours as well, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered. Specifically, for this role, you will be eligible for Intel hybrid work model which allows you to split your time between working on-site at your assigned Intel site and off-site.
