Your role

You will be directly involved in delivering next-generation LPDDR5 or DDR5 PHY designs i.e. in the domains of IO modeling, platform design, signal and power integrity for SOC application on Intel and or external foundry leading process nodes.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel applies flexible working hours as well, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered.

About you

To apply for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IC design, package or platform architectures, signal and/or power integrity knowledge.
• Exposure to 3D modeling software tools e.g. HFSS and electrical validation is highly value-added.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with relevant or adjacent education syllabus focus.
